RJ Audio Services provides podcast editing services. By using this website or submitting audio for editing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

RJ Audio Services provides audio editing, cleanup, and preparation of podcast episodes for publication. Services do not include recording, content creation, or video production unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Client Content

You retain full ownership of your audio and podcast content. By submitting files, you grant RJ Audio Services permission to edit and process the material solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

3. Delivery & Revisions

Edited files will be delivered in the agreed format. Reasonable revisions are allowed to correct mistakes or adjust formatting. Major content changes or re-edits may require additional fees.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. Work may be paused or withheld if payment is not received.

5. Confidentiality

All client files and recordings are treated as confidential and will not be shared, distributed, or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

RJ Audio Services is not responsible for lost revenue, publishing issues, or damages related to podcast distribution or audience response. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the editing services.

7. Website Use

This website may not be used for unlawful purposes. Content on this site may not be copied or reused without permission.
